Wholesale Customers
Elegant Additions, Inc. is a wholesale supplier serving qualified retailers and businesses. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or terminate wholesale accounts at our sole discretion.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, and availability are accurate. Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and finish are normal and contribute to the unique character of each item.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Pricing
All prices are wholesale prices. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees will be added where required.
Orders
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. Elegant Additions, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, account standing, or any other reason deemed appropriate.
Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms established for your account.
- A $50.00 fee will be assessed for all returned or dishonored checks.
- Any past-due invoice balance is subject to a 3% monthly finance charge on the outstanding balance.
Shipping
Orders are processed promptly and shipped. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier. Elegant Additions, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other events beyond our control.
Returns, Claims & Restocking
No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from Elegant Additions, Inc.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise immediately upon receipt.
- Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be submitted in writing with pictures within three (3) days of receiving the shipment.
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorized by Elegant Additions, Inc.
- Merchandise returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product photography, logos, graphics, text, designs, catalogs, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Elegant Additions, Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
